SushiSwap Robinhood Launch
Launch a Robinhood Chain token through the SushiSwap Launchpad with a single creator transaction, ETH-denominated bundle commitments, holder cleanup, and starter strategies.
Sumo supports Robinhood SushiSwap launches on Robinhood Chain. This is not a Uniswap-style pool launch: the SushiSwap Launchpad owns the token and seeds a one-sided position at its own start price, so the operator supplies no initial liquidity. Sumo plans the ordered buys, simulates them against the Launchpad, and submits the creation and every launch buy inside one creator transaction.
Prerequisites
Before launching, make sure you have:
- Token metadata ready: name, ticker, image, description, and social links
- Total supply and token decimals
- ETH on Robinhood Chain for the bundle commitments, the creator gas reserve, and per-wallet cleanup buffers
- A launch plan: supply control target, bundle wallet count, and holder cleanup preference
- A wallet plan: use ready wallets from private keys, Wallet Farm, or another profile, or create new Robinhood Chain wallets / buy aged EVM wallets through Wallet Marketplace during the wizard
The Commitment Is ETH, Not Supply
The supply control target sets how much ETH each bundle wallet commits. The ETH amount is what Sumo freezes when the draft is saved, and wallets are funded against it. The Launchpad prices the pool off ETH/USD at launch, so the supply that ETH actually buys is an estimate that moves with the market - a later price move changes the supply you receive, not the funding you need.

2. Buy Mode
SushiSwap buy planning is ETH-denominated. There is no initial liquidity, fee tier, range mode, tax, or bundle tip - the Launchpad owns all of it.

| Slippage | Applied to every buyer's signed minimum output. Minimum 0.1% - zero slippage is rejected, because the pool's start tick can move within an accepted band before the launch is included. |
| Creator Gas Reserve | ETH the creator keeps back for launch and cleanup gas. Checked against the creator's balance before the launch starts. |
| Funding Buffer Per Wallet | Extra ETH funded to each bundle wallet beyond its buy amount. SushiSwap buyers do not pay launch gas, so this only needs to cover their own cleanup transaction. |

3. Wallets
Add, import, or generate wallets for each required Robinhood Chain role.

You can use ready wallets, create new wallets, or buy aged wallets at this step. Ready-wallet paths include importing private keys, pulling wallets from Wallet Farm, or reusing wallets from another profile. Additional paths include creating new wallets or buying aged inventory from Wallet Marketplace.
There is no tax wallet - the Launchpad owns the token, so SushiSwap launch tokens have no configurable tax. Freeze, sniper, and injection wallets are not used.
4. Funding
Save the draft before funding. Saving freezes the per-wallet ETH commitments, and the funding table is where those commitments are edited.
If CEX funding is enabled, deposit the estimated Robinhood Chain ETH into the funding wallet, check the balance, then use Fund to distribute ETH. If CEX funding is disabled, fund the dev and bundle wallets directly and use Check Balances.
The funding table supports address copying, allocation randomization, per-wallet allocation edits, and balance checks.
5. Strategies
Optionally add starter strategies to the profile before launch. You can configure Counter Trade, DCA, and Limit Order strategies by hand, or apply a strategy preset: Sumo ships built-in Hyped, Standard, and Staircase presets, and your org can save its own presets for reuse across launches and imports. Strategies are saved with the draft and can be reviewed after the token is live.
6. Launch Preview
The preview summarizes the committed ETH, total ETH to fund, estimated supply control, estimated market cap, slippage, and creator gas reserve.
There is no separate deploy or pool-creation step. Two actions are available:
- Simulate Launch - Runs the planned transaction against the Launchpad and reports blockers: a simulation error, a concrete creator ETH shortfall, the number of underfunded buyer wallets, or term drift since the plan was frozen.
- Launch Bundle - Hands the launch to the durable runner, which submits the single creator transaction, reads the receipt, runs token cleanup when enabled, and activates the profile.
While the runner owns the workflow the action card reports its state: Admitted, starting, Submitted, Landed on-chain, Landed, reading receipt, Reconciled, finalizing, and finally Launched. A failed launch reports whether it is retryable.
Background Launch Runner
SushiSwap launches continue in the background after the Launch action starts. Re-planning is not offered while the runner owns the workflow, because the transaction is either live or already landed.
After Launch
When the launch transaction lands and reconciliation completes, the profile becomes active and opens in Live Trading. You can monitor trades, review launch logs, and activate starter strategies.
