Flywheel Robinhood Launch
Launch a Robinhood Chain token on Flywheel (flywheel.cash) straight into its permanent Uniswap V4 pool, quoted in ETH or a catalogue token, with creator or holder rewards from Flywheel's 4% swap tax, an atomic launch bundle, holder cleanup, and starter strategies.

Sumo supports Robinhood Flywheel launches on Robinhood Chain. Flywheel (flywheel.cash) is a pool launchpad with no bonding curve and no migration: the factory deploys the token and seeds the whole supply into one single-sided, permanently locked position of a hooked Uniswap V4 pool that the token trades on from block one. Sumo plans the ordered launch buys with the same integer pool math the backend planner uses, simulates them, and submits creation plus every launch buy as one atomic transaction.
Because there is no curve to buy out and no pool to migrate into, Sumo offers Bundle mode only on Flywheel. There is no Graduation Bundle and there are no post-graduation wallets.
Prerequisites
Before launching, make sure you have:
- Token metadata ready: name, ticker, image, description, and social links. Flywheel stores the image, description, website, X and Telegram links on the token itself
- ETH on Robinhood Chain for the launch buys (or, on a non-ETH quote, for the funding swap that acquires it), the 0.0005 ETH creation fee, the creator gas reserve, and per-wallet cleanup buffers
- A launch plan: quote asset, total supply, rewards mode, bundle supply target, optional dev buy, bundle wallet count, and holder cleanup preference
- A wallet plan: use ready wallets from private keys, Wallet Farm, or another profile, or create new Robinhood Chain wallets / buy aged EVM wallets through Wallet Marketplace during the wizard
The 4% Swap Tax
Every Flywheel swap, buys and sells alike, pays a 4% tax to the Flywheel hook on the side the swap pays out: a buy receives 4% fewer tokens than the pool alone would give, and a sell receives 4% less of the quote. Sumo's launch plan, estimates and slippage already include it.
| Share of the 4% tax | Goes to |
|---|---|
| 73.75% | Rewards: the creator, or the token's holders (see Rewards Mode) |
| 23.75% | Flywheel |
| 1.25% | Burned |
| 1.25% | Added to the locked liquidity |
Cleanup Pays the Tax Too
A Sell / Buy holder cleanup pays Flywheel's 4% tax on both legs: once on the sell and again on the buy. Budget for it, or use Token Transfer cleanup instead.
Rewards Mode
The Holder Rewards toggle decides who receives the rewards share (73.75% of every 4% tax):
| Holder Rewards off (default) | Holder Rewards on | |
|---|---|---|
| Rewards go to | The creator (dev) wallet | The token's holders, streamed by Flywheel |
| How it is paid | Accrues in the Flywheel factory; claimed in WETH with Claim creator fees | Streamed to holders by Flywheel; nothing for the creator to claim |
The rewards mode, like the quote asset, is fixed once the draft is saved. Start a new draft to change it.
Graduation Target and Opening Price
Flywheel's own site takes no price input, and Sumo uses the same rule by default. From a fresh price of the quote asset when the launch plan is built:
- Graduation Target = $10,000 worth of the quote, rounded up to the quote's smallest unit. Flywheel marks the token graduated once the pool's quote principal reaches it.
- Opening offset = a third of the target, rounded up. The whole supply is seeded at
offset / supply, rounded down to the pool's price grid, so the token opens at roughly a $3,333 market cap.
The buy setup shows both read-only, in the quote asset with an approximate USD value. When the quote's price cannot be read, or the quote's precision cannot represent the target closely enough, the buy setup shows Flywheel's message instead; set overrides or pick another quote.
Advanced Controls let you override either value in whole units of the quote (for example 4.2 ETH), each with its USD equivalent and a Reset to Flywheel default action. An override is not tied to the third-of-target ratio, and once the draft is saved it stays fixed in the quote's units rather than following the price.
Graduation Is Only a Milestone
Graduating moves no liquidity and changes no pool: the token keeps trading on the same Uniswap V4 pool, and Flywheel only records the milestone. Bundle buys may cross the target inside the launch transaction.
Quote Assets
Flywheel launches can be quoted in ETH or in a token from Sumo's Flywheel catalogue, built from Flywheel's suggested pairings:
| Quote | Notes |
|---|---|
| ETH | The native quote. The pool pairs with WETH, and every buyer wraps its own ETH inside the launch transaction. |
| USDG | Global Dollar, 6 decimals. |
| cbBTC, TAO | Crypto quotes. |
| Robinhood stock and ETF tokens | About 190 tokenized stocks and ETFs from Flywheel's suggested pairings. |
| Graduated Flywheel tokens | Flywheel tokens that already reached their graduation target (for example FLYWHEEL, WHEELIE, BOOMER). Flywheel only accepts a Flywheel token as a quote after it graduates; Sumo re-checks this when the plan is built. |
The picker groups quotes by kind and searches by ticker, name, or address. Only quotes that can be bought with ETH through the funding swap are offered.
On every quote except ETH the wallets are funded in ETH and swapped into the quote before the launch (see Funding). Many stock tokens have thin markets: a large funding swap can lose a noticeable share of its value to price impact, which the funding swap preview shows before you confirm.
Launch Flow
1. Info
Choose Robinhood Flywheel in the Launchpad field, then enter the token and profile details.
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Launchpad | Yes | Select Robinhood Flywheel. The launchpad is locked after the draft is saved. |
| Profile Name | Yes | Internal Sumo profile name used after launch |
| Token Name | Yes | Public token name |
| Ticker | Yes | Public token symbol, auto-uppercased |
| Image | Yes | JPG or PNG image, up to 2 MB; stored on the token as its logo |
| Total Supply | Yes | Whole tokens, from 1 to 1,000,000,000,000,000 (1015). Defaults to 100,000,000,000 (100B), the figure Flywheel's own site presents. Decimals are fixed at 18. |
| Description | No | Public token description |
| X, Telegram, Website | No | Public social links, stored on the token |
2. Buy Mode
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Quote Asset | The asset the pool is priced in: ETH or a catalogue token. Fixed once the draft is saved. |
| Holder Rewards | Off pays the rewards share of the 4% tax to the creator; on streams it to holders. See Rewards Mode. Fixed once the draft is saved. |
| Graduation Target | Read-only: Flywheel's default, $10,000 worth of the quote, shown in the quote with its USD value. A milestone only. |
| Opening Market Cap | Read-only: the opening offset, a third of the target, which sets the opening price. |
| Launch plan | Sets the dev buy, the bundle and the snipe on one bar, with the cost strip under it; see Launch Plan. The dev buy plus the bundle is the supply held after the 4% tax. Every buy pays Flywheel's 4% tax on the tokens it receives, so the buys can never hold 96% of the supply: the maximum is about 95.99% with one wallet and slightly lower with more (about 95.5% with 17), computed for your terms and wallet count. Each bundle wallet needs a positive allocation; there is no fixed minimum per wallet. A 0% bundle makes a dev-only launch, and a 0% dev buy with it a create-only launch. At the maximum the Bundle cost shows Pool max. |
| Bundle cost | Launch plan cost strip: the ordered launch buys plus the 0.0005 ETH creation fee, the creator gas reserve and configured per-wallet cleanup buffers. On a non-ETH quote the buys are priced in ETH at the live swap rate, and the tooltip shows the quote total. The funding swap's margin and gas allowance are added in Funds needed. |
| Market cap | Launch plan cost strip (MCap after with a snipe): projected post-bundle spot price from the planner's pool math, multiplied by the total supply. |
| Dev buy | Launch plan row, with its range beside the label: optional dev-wallet buy, always the first buy in the launch transaction. Set to 0 for no dev buy. |
| Bundle ยท at launch | Launch plan row: the share bought by the bundle wallets, without the dev buy. |
| Bundle Wallets | Number of launch buyers inside the atomic transaction, up to 80. The optional dev buy does not use one of these slots. When the Launch plan's bundle is 0% there is no bundle buy (the row reads Dev buy only): the launch is dev-only (create-only when the dev buy is 0% too), and no bundle or holder wallets are created, unless snipe wallets join holder cleanup (see Snipe After Launch in Launch a New Token). |
| Injection Wallets | Optional extra wallets, up to 100, funded with ETH for activity after launch. |
| Holder Wallets | Post-launch destinations for transfer or sell/buy token cleanup. With Token Cleanup Method Off they are still created and stay empty. |
| Token Cleanup Method | Off, Token Transfer, or Sell / Buy through the launch pool. Flywheel's 4% tax applies to both the sell leg and the buy leg of a Sell / Buy cleanup. |
| CEX Funding | Funds the launch wallets with Robinhood Chain ETH cashouts using the standard CEX funding flow. |
| Advanced Controls | Bundle supply jitter, bundle slippage, creator gas reserve, funding buffer per wallet, cleanup delay, holder supply jitter, trading slippage, cleanup slippage (Sell / Buy only), and optional Graduation Target / Opening Offset overrides in whole quote units. |
One Transaction, Real Buyers
The token creation, the optional dev buy, and every bundle wallet's buy land in a single atomic transaction. Each Sumo wallet is the Uniswap swap sender and the token recipient of its own buy, so the pool records distinct buyers rather than one address distributing afterwards. If any part fails, the whole transaction reverts and nothing is spent beyond gas.
Token Address Appears After Launch
Flywheel's token address depends on how many tokens Flywheel has launched before yours, so it changes whenever someone else launches first. Sumo plans for either address and shows the token and pool once the launch lands.
3. Wallets
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Dev Wallet | The creator. Creates the token, pays the 0.0005 ETH creation fee, performs the optional dev buy, pays launch gas, and receives creator rewards. |
| Bundle Wallets | The launch buyers that execute the ordered pool buys inside the atomic transaction. |
| Injection Wallets | Optional wallets funded with ETH for activity after launch. |
| Holder Wallets | Receive tokens through post-launch cleanup when token cleanup is enabled. |
You can use ready wallets, create new wallets, or buy aged wallets at this step, as on every other Robinhood launchpad. Flywheel launches have no tax, freeze or sniper wallets.
4. Funding
Save the draft before funding. With CEX funding on, deposit the estimated Robinhood Chain ETH into the funding wallet and use Fund; otherwise fund the dev and bundle wallets directly and use Check Balances.
On an ETH-quoted launch that is all: each buyer wraps its own ETH into WETH inside the launch transaction.
On every other quote the wallets are funded in ETH first and then swapped into the quote before the launch through the treasury aggregator route, exactly as on lunch.fun: Swap ETH to <QUOTE> previews the rate, each wallet's shortfall and the ETH it spends, and the <QUOTE> โ ETH direction swaps quote back into ETH.
5. Strategies
Optionally add starter strategies to the profile before launch: Counter Trade, DCA, and Limit Order, by hand or from a preset.
6. Launch Preview
The preview summarizes the rewards mode, quote asset, total supply, graduation target and opening offset (in the quote with their USD value, marked when overridden), bundle supply control, dev buy, initial price, launch cost, and estimated market cap.
- Simulate Launch - Plans the ordered pool buys and reports any blockers before funds move.
- Launch Bundle - Hands the launch to the durable runner, which submits the atomic transaction, reads the launch receipt, runs token cleanup when enabled, and activates the profile.
The action card reports Launch admitted, Submitting atomic bundle, Bundle included, Reading launch receipt, Activating project, and finally Launch complete, then shows the token and pool.
Fees
Flywheel charges a fixed 0.0005 ETH creation fee, paid by the dev wallet inside the launch transaction. You still pay Sumo's usual launch charge - one Launch Ticket or the 0.5% token-supply dev allocation - as on every other launchpad. See Platform Fees.
Snipe After Launch
Optional Snipe after launch wallets buy right after the launch lands. See Snipe After Launch. Sumo models each snipe buy on the pool the bundle leaves behind, after the 4% tax, so the estimate shows a range; a bundle near the maximum leaves the snipe very little to buy. The estimate is best effort, as on every launchpad. With a token quote you also set the quote amount per snipe wallet; Funding swaps it from ETH.
After Launch
When the launch lands and reconciliation completes, the profile becomes active and opens in Live Trading on the Uniswap V4 pool. Live trading, strategies, and holder cleanup all run against it immediately. The profile links to the token's page on flywheel.cash.
Creator Fee Claims
In creator rewards mode, Flywheel accrues the rewards share of every 4% tax to the creator in the factory. Flywheel profiles in creator mode expose Claim creator fees in the profile wallet toolbar: the dev wallet claims everything Flywheel holds for it in WETH, unwrapped to ETH, and pays only the gas. Flywheel keeps creator rewards per creator, so one claim covers every Flywheel token that wallet created. Rewards accrued in another quote are converted to WETH by Flywheel before they become claimable.
In holder rewards mode the rewards share goes to holders, so there is nothing for the creator to claim.
Claims appear in Treasury Logs as Creator Fee Claim entries.
Launch Logs
Flywheel profiles add a Launch Logs tab for plan simulation, bundle submission, receipt reconciliation, and holder cleanup.
