moto.fun Ethereum Launch
Launch an Ethereum token on the moto.fun bonding curve with a dev buy and up to 49 bundle wallets submitted in one Flashbots bundle, optional holder cleanup, and starter strategies.
Sumo supports moto.fun launches on Ethereum mainnet. moto.fun is a bonding-curve launchpad: Sumo registers the coin's metadata with moto.fun, predicts the token address, plans the dev buy and every bundle buy against the fresh curve, and submits the launch as one atomic Flashbots bundle. The coin trades on the moto.fun curve from the first block.
Prerequisites
Before launching, make sure you have:
- Token metadata ready: name, ticker, image, description, and social links
- ETH for the dev buy, bundle buys, and gas reserves
- A launch plan: supply control target, dev buy, bundle wallet count, and holder cleanup preference
- A wallet plan: use ready wallets from private keys, Wallet Farm, or another profile, or create new EVM wallets / buy aged EVM wallets through Wallet Marketplace during the wizard
Fixed moto.fun Parameters
moto.fun fixes total supply at 1 billion tokens with 18 decimals and quotes every coin in native ETH. Total supply and decimals are set automatically when you choose the launchpad.
Launch Flow

Choose moto.fun Ethereum in the Launchpad field, then enter the token and profile details.

moto.fun stores the coin picture inside the coin's metadata, so the image must be small. When you choose an image, Sumo converts it the same way moto.fun's own form does: it crops the image to a centered square, keeps it as PNG when it has transparency (JPEG otherwise), and uses the largest size from 512 px down to 128 px that fits moto.fun's 18,000-character limit. A very detailed picture that does not fit even at 128 px is rejected; pick a simpler image.
The name, ticker, description, social links, and image are registered with moto.fun at launch and become part of the coin's on-chain metadata hash, so they cannot be changed afterwards.
2. Buy Mode
moto.fun launches use Bundle mode only. The dev buy happens inside moto.fun's launch() transaction, and every bundle wallet buys in its own transaction right after it, all in one Flashbots bundle.
No Graduation Bundle
moto.fun freezes the curve when 80% of supply is sold. Graduating the coin to Motoswap then takes a separate graduate() call, which moto.fun only accepts once its MOTO price reference allows it, so it cannot be bundled with the launch. Sumo therefore keeps the launch below the threshold: the Supply Control Target is capped at 79%.

Why the Dev Buy Is Required
moto.fun ties the registered metadata to the coin's creator only when the launch carries a dev buy. Without one, anyone who saw the registration could launch the same coin first. Sumo therefore requires a dev buy of more than 0%.
Curve fees
Every moto.fun curve buy and sell pays a 1.2% fee: 0.7% to the moto.fun protocol and 0.5% to the coin's creator. The creator share goes to the dev wallet that launched the coin. The funding estimates include the fee on every planned buy.
3. Wallets
Add, import, or generate wallets for each required Ethereum role.

You can use ready wallets, create new wallets, or buy aged wallets at this step. Ready-wallet paths include importing private keys, pulling wallets from Wallet Farm, or reusing wallets from another profile. Additional paths include creating new wallets or buying aged inventory from Wallet Marketplace.
Tax, freeze, injection, sniper, and post-graduation wallets are not used by moto.fun launches.
4. Funding
Save the draft before funding. Each wallet's row is its curve buy plus a gas reserve:
- Dev wallet: the dev buy plus gas for
launch()(1,200,000 gas) - Bundle wallet: its buy plus the larger of Funds Per Bundle Wallet and gas for one
buy()(400,000 gas)
Gas is priced at twice the current base fee plus the Flashbots priority fee, with 20% headroom. Sumo never prices gas below a 5 gwei base fee, so the plan stays funded if gas rises between funding and launch.
If CEX funding is enabled, deposit the estimated ETH into the funding wallet and use Fund to distribute it through Husher. If CEX funding is disabled, fund the dev and bundle wallets directly and use Check Balances.
5. Strategies
Optionally add starter strategies to the profile before launch. You can configure Counter Trade, DCA, and Limit Order strategies by hand, or apply a strategy preset. Strategies are saved with the draft and can be reviewed after the token is live.
6. Launch Preview
The preview shows the supply control, dev buy and bundle buy split, estimated ETH required, estimated market cap, and the moto.fun curve fee. Once the launch is prepared, it also shows the predicted token address.
Use Simulate Bundle to build, sign, and simulate the full bundle without sending it. Launch Bundle registers the metadata with moto.fun, submits the bundle through Flashbots, and waits for it to land. Token cleanup runs afterwards when enabled.
After Launch
When the bundle lands, the profile becomes active and opens in Live Trading on the moto.fun curve. The profile links to the coin's moto.fun page.
